I had to fire my first realtor because he sat on my home for two weeks doing nothing except having an open house and that was only after I requested it. I even had to ask him if I needed to sign something when I hired him. I hired Karen because of her high reviews and sales history. She came completely prepared with all kinds of information regarding comps in the area, statistics, # of buyers and sellers in the area, all kinds of info. I hired her on a Saturday by Monday she had photos and video done, Tuesday it was listed, Thursday she had an open house and it sold. I was very blessed to have found her information on Realtor.com. I have known Karen O'Donnell now for about 7/8 months. In that time frame, she has gone out of her way to assist with everything we could possibly need while buying/building our new home. She helped coordinate the floor plan editing and came up with ideas we wouldn't have thought of and as it turns out, we like her edits better than the original floor plan. She has been on top of our build project from the beginning. There were some problems with our construction project and she tackled every one of them head on... some of them we didn't even know about until after she had them resolved. Karen is the best realtor I have ever worked with. If I ever need the services of a realtor in the future, there is only one person I will call. Karen is the absolute best of the best!

Karen is a wonderful agent. My husband and I are somewhat opposite of each other so our ideas for the perfect house doesn't match. This doesn't bother Karen at all nor stop her for finding great houses to show us.
